These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the digi888 platform by registered players. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing digi888.win, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Full Legal Terms
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the digi888 Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. digi888 actively enforces this age restriction through its KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds within it handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the digi888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by digi888's fraud detection systems will be suspended without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. digi888 may verify the accuracy of registration information at any time and may suspend accounts where inaccurate information is identified.
2.4 Residency and Legal Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the digi888 Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. digi888 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
2.5 Registration by Proxy. Registering an Account on behalf of another individual is not permitted. Each Account must be registered by and for the personal use of the Account holder only.
3.1 Verification Requirement. digi888 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This verification process ("KYC") requires Players to submit government-issued identity documentation, which may include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other accepted national identity document.
3.2 Documentation Required. digi888 may request, at its discretion, one or more of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo identification document; proof of residential address dated within three months; proof of payment method ownership; or source of funds documentation in cases where AML obligations require it.
3.3 Verification Timeline. KYC verification is ordinarily completed within 24 hours of document submission. digi888 will notify Players by email upon successful completion or if additional documentation is required.
3.4 Withdrawal Hold Pending KYC. digi888 reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. This restriction does not affect the Player's ability to continue placing wagers from deposited funds during the verification process.
3.5 Data Protection. All identity documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with digi888's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for identity verification and AML compliance purposes.
4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your digi888 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact digi888's customer support immediately via live chat at digi888.win. digi888 will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents and may temporarily suspend your Account during any such investigation to prevent further loss.
4.3 Non-Transferability. Your digi888 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an Account, or of any funds, credits, or winnings within it, to any other party is prohibited.
4.4 Conduct Standards. You agree to use the digi888 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at digi888 staff or other players — via live chat, email, or any other channel — may result in Account suspension.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. digi888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency channels where available. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change at digi888's discretion.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, and linked bank channels are credited to the Player's digi888 Account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. digi888 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by the Player's payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are processed by digi888 within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet channels during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. digi888 will process withdrawals only to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit on the Account, or to methods verified as belonging to the Account holder during KYC.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit: RM 20. Minimum withdrawal: RM 30. Maximum single withdrawal amounts may apply and will be disclosed in the Platform's payment information section. Players with balances exceeding single withdrawal limits may submit multiple withdrawal requests to transfer their full balance.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied on the digi888 Platform.
5.6 Withdrawal Verification. digi888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where fraud indicators are present, where the withdrawal significantly exceeds deposited amounts without a consistent gaming history, or where KYC documentation is incomplete. Such reviews do not constitute a denial of withdrawal rights but may extend processing times.
6.1 Bonus Terms Disclosure. All bonus offers made available on the digi888 Platform are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit), minimum qualifying odds, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. These terms are disclosed at the point of bonus offer and must be accepted by the Player before the bonus is credited.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are tracked in real time in the Player's Account bonus tracker. Only wagers on eligible games and at qualifying odds contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
6.3 Withdrawal Priority. Where a Player's Account holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, withdrawal requests will first be satisfied from Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account after a withdrawal remain subject to applicable wagering requirements.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. digi888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void related winnings, and suspend an Account where it determines that bonus terms have been exploited, including through the use of automated betting strategies designed specifically to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, low-margin arbitrage across bonus offers, or coordinated play between multiple accounts for bonus extraction purposes.
6.5 No Obligation to Offer Bonuses. digi888 is under no obligation to provide any bonus offer to any Player. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time, with reasonable notice provided where feasible.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the digi888 Platform operates according to specific game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of stakes.
7.2 Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the digi888 Sportsbook Rules, which are available in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, the Sportsbook Rules shall govern. Settled bets, once confirmed, are final subject only to the dispute resolution process in Clause 15.
7.3 Void Bets. digi888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, abandoned without a result, or affected by manifest error in the pricing. Void bets are refunded as Real Money Funds to the Player's Account balance.
7.4 Manifest Error. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, digi888 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected account balances accordingly, including by voiding affected wagers and refunding stakes. Digi888 will take reasonable steps to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the digi888 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Platform Content. All content on the digi888 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the property of digi888 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. digi888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Platform for your personal gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
digi888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at digi888.win/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. digi888 does not sell personal data to third parties.

12.1 Service Availability. digi888 endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a 24/7 basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond digi888's control may result in temporary service interruptions. digi888 will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
12.2 Disconnection During Active Play. In the event of a disconnection during an active casino game round or live betting event, the outcome of the interrupted round or event will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. digi888 will apply the result as recorded server-side, which constitutes the authoritative record of the game outcome.
12.3 Device Compatibility. digi888 is designed for use on modern mobile browsers (Android and iOS) and desktop browsers. digi888 does not guarantee compatibility with all devices and browser versions. Players using unsupported or outdated browsers may experience degraded performance or limited functionality.
13.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, digi888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from service interruption.
13.2 Maximum Liability Cap. digi888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
13.3 Gaming Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all wagers placed on the digi888 Platform may result in the loss of the staked amount. digi888 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
14.1 Grounds for Suspension. digi888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where: the Account holder is found to be in breach of these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe; the Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or regulatory obligations require account closure.
14.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, all pending withdrawal requests for verified Real Money Funds will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are forfeited upon termination.
14.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their digi888 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Fund balance will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method.
15.1 Internal Complaints Process. Players should provide full details of the dispute, including relevant account information, transaction records, and the specific outcome being disputed.
15.2 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may request escalation to digi888's compliance team. digi888 will provide a final written response within 14 business days of escalation.
15.3 Binding Records. digi888's server records of all game outcomes, bet settlements, and account transactions constitute the authoritative record for dispute resolution purposes, subject to any manifest error as defined in Clause 7.4.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digi888's jurisdiction of operation. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of digi888's operating jurisdiction.
